Returns and Exchanges

Upon receipt of the product, please confirm that everything is in accordance with the order placed.

Exchanges and returns will be accepted within a maximum period of 14 days from the day of delivery as long as they are in perfect condition, have not been used, have the original label and original packaging.

DEVOLUTION :

If the product you received is not exactly what you expected, CombatSports will accept its return.

How to proceed:

• Send the equipment you wish to return to our address

• The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

• The value of the item, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer

• If you do not want to incur shipping costs, you can return it to our delivery points.

• You must keep proof of return shipping until we have the equipment in our warehouse. A Combatsports is not responsible for loss, delays or any other damage caused by transport companies.

• If there is a mistake in shipping by the Combatsports , we will be responsible for collecting the equipment, assuming the collection cost. However, in the case of a new purchase, normal purchase procedures will be followed.

REPLACEMENT:

CombatSports accepts the exchange of your order for products of the same reference but different sizes. If you choose to exchange for a new product, you must return it and make a new purchase.

In case of exchange for a new product, the return rules will apply.

CombatSports will not accept any return or exchange that has not been previously accepted by us.

Please ensure that all requirements are met in order for us to accept your return. You must present your invoice or order form.
